Mission Call
On 15 September 2016 the large white envelope arrived from Salt Lake City, signalling the beginning of my mission to the Australia Brisbane Mission. I was shocked as I had imagined going to somewhere in the middle of the United States. We had gathered together many of Ben's and Libbey's family, as well as Beth, and Skyped in Joel's family, Kyle, and Nathan's family. I had just started reading when troubles developed with Skype. The "technical team" scurried to remedy that but my eyes read on and my mouth dropped open.
Jacob was totally satisfied. He had arrived at the door with the question, "Where are we going, Grandma?" as Erick had told them that wherever I went, they would make a point to visit. Hence, he wanted to know where he was going. All of the family would like to come. I hope they are able; time will tell. I will try with this blog to chronicle my experiences and adventures.
